> DScroll is an open-source software application that empowers creators, communities, brands, and DAOs to mint and own sovereign Web3 Top-Level Domains (TLDs) as NFTs on the Base blockchain — with no annual renewal fees.

## What is DScroll?

DScroll introduces **Sovereign Top-Level Domains (TLDs)** designed exclusively for Web3 digital identity. TLDs are minted as unique NFTs on-chain using the **ODude** protocol. Instead of renting a sub-domain under a shared DAO namespace (like ENS), DScroll makes you the **ENS-equivalent provider** for your custom namespace.
